Vehicle Fire

 

Sept 7th

 

Company 56 units were alerted to 6235 Aughwick Road at Cowans Gap for an SUV fire. Chief 56 arrived to confirm a Jeep well off with no exposures. E1-56 arrived and put a line on it. The fire was out and foamed within 10 minutes.

 

 

 

Field Fire

 

Aug 31st

 

Brush 1 & 2-56 responded with 4 to Hideaway Acres Road in Thompson Twp assisting Co55 on the field fire. Both Brushes arrived to assist in containment and extinguishing a large wood pile and vehicle fire. Tanker 56 was also on scene assisting in water supply.

 

 

Motorcycle Accident

 

Aug 29th   Engine 1-56 & EMS responded to LHW and Black Bear Road for a motorcycle accident. Units arrived to confirm with one Class 2 patient. EMS & FD worked in patient packaging and Fire Police shut the roadway down.

 

Brush Fire

 

Aug 28th

 

Company 56 responded to Back Run Road for a brush fire. Units arrived to find a conrolled burn spreading through the grass. Personnel contained the fire and returned shortly after.

Aug 12th

 

Engine 1-56 and EMS responded to 6235 Aughwick Road at Cowans Gap for a tractor trailer overturned. Chief 56 arrived to confirm with a Class 2 patient and a refusal. FD secured the vehicle and checked hazards and assisted EMS with patient packaging.
