Rental must be paid and in Business Manager's possession 10 days prior to rental date. If not, room will be scheduled to another party. lf short notice rental, cash in advance!

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

No alcohol on property. No smoking in building. No running or horseplay.

The general condition of the building will be left in as good as, if not better than as prior to rental.

* All trash will be removed to the dumpster (located East of the building). Not in the back stairwell for us to waste our time with.

* Floors will be swept, dust, or wet mopped as needed.

* All tape, fasteners, etc. must be removed from floor, ceiling and walls.

* Restrooms must be serviced as well.

* In the event the general cleaning of the building were not met after your leaving and Fire Company must do this for you, you or your organization will be billed at a rate of ($10.00 per hour)

I or the Organization I represent, do hereby agree to the terms and conditions of this rental agreement.
